This project has worked like clockwork since our first conversations a few weeks ago. Thanks for the clarity of communication and your personal help and advice, ensuring everything has worked perfectly.

I expect that many of your projects are complete new installations. Our refurbishment using our sound and well-liked 20 year old Ikea cabinets has effectively provided us with a new kitchen – new tiles, a lick of paint, stainless steel dishwasher, new cabinet and drawer handles and most obviously, the beautifully crafted stainless steel worktops.

Thank you for your wonderful customer service and super stylish product! As you will remember, I was racing against the clock to get my kitchen extension completed before the birth of my 3rd child and it was so refreshing, not to mention very welcome, to have such a friendly, helpful and informative person on the other end of the phone. I know that Irene, Andrew and the rest of the team went above and beyond to take my order, template and manufacture it ahead of schedule. It would have been in place before the little lady arrived had she not been born 10 days early! This was customer service deluxe, matched only by the beautiful counter tops and price. Our kitchen has served as something of a showroom for the builders’ prospective clients, many of whom have asked about my worktops, and I cannot recommend Stainless Direct enough.

We are delighted with both the splashback and the worktop protector. This item fits the bill perfectly for my partner to make bread on and looks so nice it will probably become a permanent feature rather than simply a protector.
