Stainless steel products should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth with a small amount of washing up liquid in daily use. Always clean with the grain.
The Ecloth is also great for daily use. Simply dampen with water and wipe, rinse between uses and throw in the wash to refresh.
Stubborn marks can be removed using a small amount of acetone on a soft lint free cloth, or any Bar Keepers Friend product along with a microfibre cloth. Please follow the instructions on each bottle, ensuring that after using any of these products, you rinse and dry with a clean towel.
Minor abrasive marks can be removed using a non-stick scouring pad, rubbed gently in the direction of the grain. Please avoid metal scourers and wire wool, using a knife directly on the surface will scratch the worktop.
Corrosive chemicals such as acids or caustic soda may leave a mark on the surface and should be avoided.
Some cleaners including some stainless steel specific versions should not be used. If you are unsure we can assist.
Abrasive pads should not be used, very hot frying pans should not be placed directly on the surface.
